New Release

SQUIRREL CATCHER

A Squirrel Catcher is a difficult feature at the start of a mountain bike trail. An “entrance exam” to prevent novice riders from attempting a trail that exceeds their skill level. The Squirrel Catcher Hazy IPA needs no test. Everyone can enjoy this low bitterness, citrus toned, unfiltered, great tasting beer. 

Made with Columbus and Yakima Chief Veterans Blend (El Dorado, Crystal, Ekuanat, Simco, Citra) Hops.

ABV: 5.4%. |  IBU: 38  | SRM. 5

FIVE STEER

ESB
This English-Style Strong Ale harmonizes the earthy elegance of English hops with a warm amber color and a complex malt character, offering notes of caramel, toasted nuts, and subtle sweetness.

ABV:5.4%. | IBU: 27.8 | SRM: 7.8

BOCK

The GOAT Bock is a smooth, malt-driven lager with just a hint of noble hop bitterness to balance the malt flavor. Predominantly German Pilsner and Munich Malts, this full-bodied drinkable beer makes The Goat a true contender for the greatest of all time.

MIDNIGHT STEER

SCHWARZBIER (American Black Lager)
The dark beer with the blond soul. Midnight Steer pours a deep, rich brown—just opaque enough to hint at the darkness within while cloaked in a delicate, lasting beige head. This German-style Schwarzbier (dark lager) offers a surprisingly clean and elegant experience

ABV: 5.1% | IBU: 21.5 | SRM: 22.2

Bavarian Pilsner

All German malt and hops. More subtle bitterness with a more pronounced hop flavor typical of Pils type beers found in southern Germany. Very blond and brilliantly clear. 

ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 29 | SRM: 3.5

‘HEIFER’ WEIZEN

“Hefe” means yeast, and “Weizen” means wheat so Hefeweizen is “yeast wheat”. German wheat beer characterized by its hazyness (being unfiltered), high carbonation, and distinctive flavor profile, often featuring notes of banana and clove. A great tasting, thirst quenching light beer.

ABV:  6.5%. | IBU: 9.8 | SRM: 4.9

HELLES

Helles beer is a German-style pale lager characterized by its golden color, clean and smooth mouthfeel, bready maltiness, subtle hop presence, and refreshing, easy-drinking nature.

ABV: 5.1% | IBU: 15 | SRM: 3.3

NÜRNBERG ROTBIER (RED BEER)

Also called Nürnberg Rotbier (Red Beer), a special Red lager from the City of Nürnberg. Deep Copper Hue with a malty flavor with notes of toffee and honey

ABV: 5.3%. |  IBU: 27  | SRM. 12.6

DUNKEL

The original Bavarian Lager. Beautiful brown color with tan foam. Smooth and slightly richer than the Helles, but dry enough to be an easy drinker.

Beer on the Go

At Bull Falls Brewing Company, we know you may not have time to enjoy a brew in our taproom or biergarten, so why to not take it with you. We have crowlers, a 32 oz can of your favorite beer in our coolers, just grab 2 or 3 and go. You can also purchase a growler, bring you own or buy a Bull Falls branded half gallon container. Fill it up with any Bull Falls Brewing Companies beer on tap.
